Day 1 Arrive in Kunming Welcome to the
Spring City-- Kunming, the capital of Yunnan Province in china. On your arrival,
our YITS guide will deliberately come to meet you at Kunming International Airport
. And then, take you to your hotel. Day 2 Kunming
In the morning ,you will tour the Western Hills ,which is located on
the edge of Dianchi Lake in the western suburbs of Kunming and is called "A Sleeping
Beauty". It consists of some wonders, such as Nie'er Tomb, Sanqing Pavilion and
Dragon Gate. After lunch , you will sightsee in '99 International Horticultural
Exposition Garden. Up to now ,it is the largest garden in China and shows the
great gardening achievements of the Human Beings. Day
3 Kunming A Full day excursion to the Stone Forest ,you can walk
through it and enjoy the Sani minority's singing and dancing. After that, you
are driven back to Kunming. Day 4 Kunming-----Xi'an
by air Sightseeing in Bamboo Temple in the morning .This temple is famous
for the Statues of 00 Arhats ,that is ,the holy men and the disciples of Buddha.
They are much vivid and life-like. After lunch ,take a two-hour flight to
Xi'an and check in at your hotel Day 5 Xi'an
Xi'an, was the great ancient capital and the eastern end of the Silk
Road. You will have a visit to the Forest of Steles and the Old City Wall, and
the Wild. Goose Pagoda-----a famous pagoda , which was built to house the Buddhist
scriptures brought from India by the well-known pilgrim Xuan Zang in Tang Dynasty.
Day 6 Xi'an A full day visit
to the Underground Terra-cotta Army from Qinshihuang' Mausoleum-----the 8th wonder
of the world. Then ,the Huaqing Pool Hot Spring Day
7 Xi'an---Beijing by air Take an one-and-half-hour morning flight
to Beijing----- the Capital of China. You can visit Tian'anmen Square, in the
center of Beijing proper, and as the Palace Museum, also known as the Forbidden
City ---the largest and the best-preserved palace group in China and one of the
most magnificent ancient palace groups in the world. In the afternoon, you can
visit to Summer Palace, or the largest surviving sacrificial temple in China-------the
Temple of Heaven Day 8 Beijing
One day excursion to the Great Wall----the pride of the Chinese nation. It is
one of the only two man-made structures which were seen with naked eyes by US
Astronaut Neil Armstrong from outer space when he was on his way to the moon.
In the afternoon, you'll visit to the Ming Tombs----the tombs of 13 emperors in
Ming Dynasty and their empresses and concubines Day
9 Beijing----Shanghai by Air Leave Beijing for Shanghai, the
commercial heart of China. In Shanghai ,you can visit the lively waterfront "the
bund". and take a walk along the Nanjing Road, which is a prosperous commercial
street in shanghai similar to the famous Fifth Avenue in New York City.
Day 10 Shanghai A visit to the famous historical
spots in Shanghai--------the Jade Budda Temple ,the Yuyuan Garden and the Children's
Palace .The Jade Budda Temple was built in 1882 and houses two white jade statues
of Sakyamuni from Burma. Day 11 Shanghai
---Hangzhou by train The tours in Hangzhou starts with a cruise on the
scenic West Lake , the highlight of the city ,followed by a trip to Lingying Monastery
and a Tea Production Village. Day 12 Hangzhou---Guangzhou
by air A flight to Guangzhou, the Southern gateway to China. The city
tour includes visiting the Memorial Hall of Dr, Sun Yatsen, the Six Ban Pogada
and Temple and the Five-Ram Statue Day 13
Departure from Guangzhou Your tour in China comes to an end this morning
as you board an express train for Hong Kong |
